Here is my go-to:
Taco Seasoning
1 Tbsp Chili Powder
1 Tbsp Club House Tex Mex seasoning
¼ Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Ground Cumin
½ tsp Paprika
¼ tsp Onion Powder
¼ tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
¼ tsp Dried Oregano
pinch of Cayenne Pepper
pinch of Cayenne Pepper
pinch of Cinnamon
pinch of Cocoa
½ tsp Cornstarch

Once you've got the seasoning mixed~ you are good to go....
Some of the ingredients |
Taco Salad
1 lb ground beef
1 red onion, chopped
2 tbsp taco seasoning
1/4 cup water
1 can black beans, rinsed
1 can kidney beans, rinsed
1 can corn, drained
1 yellow pepper, diced
2 cups grated cheddar
4 small tomatoes, diced
2 bags iceberg lettuce
salad dressing (your fave)
nacho chips
Step 1. Brown the meat |
Step 2. Add the onion |
Step 3. Add the seasoning, and water |
Step 4. When brown, add beans, pepper and corn |
Step 5. Mix well and let cool |
Step 6. Mix the lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and cooled meat mixture in a large bowl. Pour your favorite salad dressing over everything (we use ranch) and serve with crushed nacho chips.
